Research interests
I use different approaches to scale-up from individual behavior to landscape pattern. My main project involves quantifying forest fragmentation from the perspective of species that differ in size and movement behavior, using bats as a model system. A second project involves combining graph theory and information on species' habitat preferences to locate multiple dispersal routes. I am also interested in using habitat modeling to explore differential responses to the landscape context. Please check the links below for more details:
